Ilumnia — Terms of Service

Ilumnia ("the Activity") is a co-op role-playing game that runs inside Discord. By launching it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, close the Activity.

1. Who may play

You need a Discord account in good standing and must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement for your country. The Activity is offered free of charge and provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

modify, automate, or otherwise interfere with the game client or its network traffic;
exploit bugs to gain items, currency, or progression you would not otherwise earn;
harass other players, or use character and guild names that are abusive or impersonating;
attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the game servers.

We may suspend or delete a character or account that breaks these rules, without notice.

3. Your game data

Characters, items, currency, and progression exist only on our servers and are licensed to you for play — they are not property, have no monetary value, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. We may adjust, reset, or remove them as part of balancing or maintenance.

4. Content and ownership

All artwork, code, audio, and text in the Activity belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission. Ilumnia is a fan-inspired original work and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. or Gravity Co., Ltd.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost progress, service interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the Activity.

6. Changes

These terms may change as the game develops. The date above always reflects the current version; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
